I set up Emma Markwick Consulting to bring the different strands of my work into one place - coaching leaders, facilitating teams and creating projects that enable organisational & societal change.

At the core of all my work is an inside-out approach - I have learnt over the years that lasting & meaningful change often requires two things: a ‘waking up’ to what is really important and a willingness to constructively challenge our internal blind-spots. These blind-spots may be an individuals default behaviours or an organisation’s deeply-entrenched systemic patterns that hold them back.

Ultimately, my work aims to: enable leaders to find creative new ways of doing things and a more balanced & healthy existence; enable teams to learn what ‘radical collaboration’ really means; and enable organisations to adapt to an ever-changing world, being more able to rise to the unprecedented challenges facing them today.
